Imagine if you will that there was a show that mixed: the cool infinitely classy vibe of The Jools Holland Show, the urban energy of the MTV Wrap Show and the infinite edginess of that cultural phenom that was The Word... welcome to Manorlogz Quality Control.
From the creator of the hugely successful Manorlogz Xtreme Spoken Word (dubbed as the UK's answer to Def Jam) comes a music show that brings the quality back to the ears of an eager audience from the unsigned and signed acts.
A programme that will be a mix of high quality live music, intriguing interviews that seek to go beyond your normal Q&A and engrossing entertainment that will seek to connect with people that want to go beyond the pop charts and into music that derives from a place of quality in the plethora of genres.
The show will be accessible on mobile devices and all social media outlets giving unprecedented access to the viewing public to support comment and interact with the artists. Unsigned acts will also be given an opportunity to appear on the show by uploading their material on the Manorlogz online portal.
Quality Control has already completed a full day's worth of shooting. A tour de force of twelve hours of shooting saw thirteen acts attend with an appearance from ex-member of Damage, Coree Richards who performed an electrifying set from his new band, Black Swan.
On speaking about the project, executive producer B Kordieh says he is looking forward to profiling unsigned and signed artists in a way that has not been done before:
"This show is about unsigned and signed artists being recognized and respected for what they do. The Manorlogz concept is simple: we provide an entertaining and engrossing programme that provides a platform for Quality music".
It is about time that the listeners who buy music actually get what they want which is an eclectic, pulsating and talent fuelled show all based on Quality Control.
